Always connecting screen

Always stuck recently at connecting screen, pls help

It was a good game

Was my best mobile game. But right now the progress of main story is too slow, bad reward world boss, bad pet system, too much rng, too much gold needed, too many currencies, many new unit but hard to build because gear so rng and skills catalyst so needy. So sad the game sink in just 1 year, I have invested some million btw on this game. Thanks and hello my new other game.
